In the merit of the innocence and righteousness of their memories, send, please, freedom, speedily, and complete redemption to the martyrs’ families and close relations. Rescue them from all sorrow and hardship and all types of evil doers who pursue after them.[2] In the English translation, the following line is added, “send full healing to all who were injured and wounded throughout this sinful war.” As your servant David wrote “Hashem knows the days of the innocent and forever He is their portion.” (Psalms 37:18) |
